Counselling
At some point in our lives many of us find we could use some help through counselling. Most commonly, counselling addresses an individual’s emotional and mental health – relationships and personal growth. The counselling process itself is characterized by the application of various recognized cognitive, affective, expressive, somatic, spiritual, developmental, behavioural, learning, and systemic principles.
